- Please advise on the thickness of the door, because the lock can only install on the door with thickness of 38mm to maximum 60mm (solid wooden door or fire door only)
- Please advice on the number of right, left handle, individual key or key alike and thickness of the door as to enable us to place the Order conforming to your requirement.
- Distance between the decorative edge and the edge of the door must be at least 120mm.
- Please advice on the Front Desk Software brand and name. This is for us to determine whether we have done interfacing before. For new interfacing with front desk software that hasn't been done before additional charges might incur and discussion with them is required.
