How does Hotel Lock System’s work?
- Install and Setup Hotel Lock Management Software and Key Card Encoder to Hotel Lock Computer.
- The key card encoder creates a special number to assign to each key card with encoded time, date and room number that can be recognized by the hotel lock.
- The hotel key card will expired on the time and date assigned by the receptionist’s checkout date.
- The whole system is control by the hotel key card.
- Hotel Locks (Physically installed by hotel contractor onto each room doors)
- Hotel Electronic Lock Program individually by Ang Systems.
- Use either Temic Cards or Mifare Card to open Hotel Door.
- Lock Data Retriever is use for individual Hotel Lock Audit.
- You can download the last 250 door entrance data base on the key card entrance time, date and key card type and read it thru the hotel lock management software.

- Please Notes on the installed door’s thickness; our lock can be install on door with thickness between 38mm to 60mm (for solid wooden or fire door only)
- Please provide and email us the number of Right and Left handle to place your confirmed orders. See Lock Handle Tab for more information.
- Distance between the decorative edge of the door must be at lease 120mm.
- Hotel PMS Interface; you will need to purchase our Hotel Lock API for Hotel Lock Interface and additional charges for testing might incur.
- Installation of Energy Saving Switch require 3 Cables; 1 Life (IN) 1 Life (OUT) & 1 Neutral.
- PC Requirement ; Windows 10 (work with 64 Bit Operating Systems)
- It is highly recommended to install a door closer on all the doors and refrain from using the dead bolt as a door stopper, otherwise constant slamming on the door violently may cause damaged to the dead bolt.

Hotel Electronic Locks – FAQ
What is the Lock System Warranty?
- Three (3) months against manufacturer’s defect. However, the warranty does not cover any damages of equipment due mishandling or vandalism of the lock equipment.
- (12) Months Extended Warranty will be available to new lock only; Warranty will be yearly based.
How long will it takes for delivery?
- All lock hardware, supported devices and spare part are non-refundable.
- Delivery will be made within 1 to 8 weeks upon receiving Full Payment as Quoted.
- Setup, installation, software licensing and commissioning will be made after Full Payment.
When do I get my Hotel Lock Software Licensing?
License will only be awarded once Full Payment has been received from the purchaser.
Can I have custom Hotel Key Card Design?
Yes, Hotel will need to provide us with their logo design, photo and Hotel Color Scheme for designing their hotel key card. We will only able to start printing upon getting the official approved design from hotel. Color Printed Key Card will take between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Can you help us to fix or repair our existing hotel electronic lock?
Yes, our hotel lock specialist can help to guide you on how-to repair and replace your existing lock system. Any hotel lock more than 3 years old should be replace with new lock due to wear and tear on its mechanical parts.
