Welcome Aboard

YOUR ONBOARDING STARTS HERE

Welcome to Ang Systems. This page walks you through the pre-installation phase — what happens next, what to have ready, and how to send us your property details.

What happens from here

  1. 1

    Kick-off call

We confirm your scope, name the people on both sides, and agree a go-live date that works around your occupancy.

  2. 2

    Property details

You send us the details below. This is the data-mapping step — room types, rate plans, taxes and outlets get built from it.

  3. 3

    Build & migrate

We configure your system, migrate existing reservations and guest history, and connect your channels, locks and POS.

  4. 4

    Train your team

Front desk, housekeeping and management trained hands-on, on your own property data rather than a demo set.

  5. 5

    Go live

We are with you through the first night audit, then 24/7 support takes over.

What to have ready

The more of this you can gather before the data-mapping step, the faster your build goes. Nothing here has to be perfect — we will tidy it up with you.

  • Room list — room numbers, types and how many of each
  • Rate plans — published rates, packages, and any corporate or OTA-specific pricing
  • Tax setup — SST, tourism tax and any service charge you apply
  • Company details — registration number and TIN, for e-Invoice
  • Outlets — restaurant, bar or spa that need POS
  • Existing bookings — forward reservations to migrate across
  • Staff list — who needs a login, and at what access level

Send us your property details

Fill this in and it opens a ready-to-send WhatsApp message to your implementation team. If you would rather send a spreadsheet or scanned forms, WhatsApp or email them across instead — both work.

Stuck on anything?

You will not be left guessing. Call your implementation contact, or reach the team directly:

Office hours Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM. During implementation your project contact is reachable outside those hours too — ask them for a direct line at the kick-off call.
