Per-pax, not per-room
A four-guest chalet on a 3D2N package is four guests with four itineraries — not one room line. Rates, meals and activities are counted by person, including child and non-diver rates.
An activity schedule per guest
Dives, island hopping, spa and excursions are assigned to individual guests, with a capacity limit on every session so you cannot oversell a boat or a divemaster.
Boat arrivals and departures
Plan transfer manifests next to occupancy: who lands on which boat, who leaves on which, and how many seats are still open on each crossing.
Chalets, dorms and villas

How is a resort PMS different from a hotel PMS?
A hotel PMS is built around the room: one reservation, one rate, one folio. A resort PMS is built around the guest — each person on a booking has their own package, activity schedule, transfer and charges. If you sell 3D2N dive packages per person rather than room nights, a hotel PMS will fight you at every step.
Can it handle per-person package pricing?
Yes. Packages are priced per pax with tiers for nights, diver and non-diver, adult and child, and single-occupancy loading. A mixed group of four in one chalet can carry four different package prices and four different itineraries.
Can it schedule dives, excursions and boat transfers?
Yes. Activities are booked per guest against sessions that have their own capacity, and boat crossings are managed as arrival and departure manifests with a seat count. Your jetty team sees exactly who is on which boat before it leaves.
Will it work with unreliable island internet?
This is the first thing we check on an island property. We review your connection and, where it is unreliable, configure the system so the front desk keeps operating and syncs when the link returns — plus we can advise on the connectivity setup itself.
Can we still take room-only stays and walk-ins?
Yes. Per-pax packages are the default, but room-only rates, walk-ins and day-trippers all sit in the same system, so you are not running two sets of books.
