Can guests book a package for several people at once?
Yes. One booking can carry several guests, each with their own package tier and activity picks — for example two divers and one non-diver sharing a chalet, priced correctly for all three.
Can guests choose their boat transfer when they book?
Yes. Available crossings are shown with the seats remaining, and picking one holds the seat immediately. Your jetty team gets an accurate manifest instead of a spreadsheet rebuilt every morning.
Can we take a deposit rather than full payment?
Yes. Set a percentage or fixed deposit to confirm the booking and collect the balance on arrival, or send a payment link before the guest travels.
Do we pay commission on these bookings?
No. Direct bookings through your own site carry no OTA commission — you keep the full package price, minus only the payment gateway fee.
Can we still list on OTAs as well?
Yes, and most resorts should. Your direct booking system and your OTA listings can both run off the same availability through our channel manager, so a boat that fills on Agoda closes on your own site too.
